Thank you for supporting HisWillBeDone. Each product is made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and create items with purpose and care.

Order Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships.

During high-demand periods (holidays, launches, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, HisWillBeDone is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
HisWillBeDone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hiswillbedonestore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
